概述/设计原理: 

本安型12ET系列压力传感器采用CVD和ASIC设计技术，以及独特的厚隔膜使其稳定坚固。厚隔膜使传感器承受泵震动，电磁阀等引起绝大多数压力尖峰。16ET系列也属于本安型，具有满足苛刻的工业要求全焊接不锈钢后端，扩宽了客户外壳材料的选项范围。模块化设计可使用户尤其是OEM客户专门定制其中的配件、电缆等。ASIC和CVD技术也使Gerns公司提供所有压力范围的几乎所有输出.
