The EURAX I 210 transducer transforms a sinusoidal or distorted alternating current, and the EURAX U 210 a sinusoidal or distorted alternating voltage, into an output signal, which can be used for display, recording, monitoring and/or control. The instrument is thus suited for the logging of distorted line quantities, which occur, for example, where thyristors and other rectifiers are in use. Upon request, the output signal can be made to reflect a value which is proportional to the square of the effective value.
