SIRAX TI 807
The SIRAX TI 807 signal isolator electrically isolates the 0 to 20 mA direct current analog signal, which, depending upon model, is converted to a current or voltage signal (0...20 mA or 0...10 V). It functions as a passive isolator without a separate supply of auxiliary power, and uses the direct current signal for its minimal power requirements. This series of isolators is supplemented with explosion protection type[EEx ib] IIC models «intrinsic safety» with intrinsically safe input signal and [EEx ia] IIC models with intrinsically safe output signal. They can be used in combination with intrinsically safe equipment, which has been installed within explosive atmospheres. The SIRAX TI 807 is supplied with either two or three channels. The signal isolator fulfills all important requirements and regulations concerning electromagnetic compatibility and safe isolation (IEC 1010 and EN 61 010). It has been developed, manufactured and tested in accordance with ISO 9001. Recognition of QA production in accordance with guideline 94/9/EG has also been awarded.
